    McDonald's Menu Prices 1976

Researching some data for my upcoming 30 year high school reunion and need to find menu prices for Mcdonalds. Mainly a Big Mac, regular fries and a coke. Anyone remember?

I just remember in the early 70s, for a dollar you could get a coke, regular fries, a hamburger and change.
    Minimum wage was 1.65/hr.

A McDonald's hamburger cost 28 cents in 1963, about the same price as a gallon of gas.
    Not 76 but earlier

Thanks, think I will call corporate offices.

I have tons of economic, music, movies, television, and general info gathered already. Was trying to replicate the cost of a "typical" high school date such as gas, movie, meal, etc.

My guess is a Big Mac cost about 1.29, reg fries .49, and drink .59. I think hamburgers were .39 and cheeseburgers .49.
